About Us

Onsite Survey & Onsite Services

OSS delivers comprehensive nationwide field solutions through two specialized divisions: Onsite Survey and Onsite Services. Together, we provide the people, information, technology, and field support businesses need to successfully plan, execute, document, and complete projects across the country.

Our approach is built around three core principles: nationwide coverage, intuitive reporting, and seamless data integration. Whether supporting a single location or coordinating a large multi-site rollout, OSS is designed to provide consistent service, dependable communication, and actionable information from start to finish.

No job is too big or too small.

Onsite Survey

Onsite Survey provides professional pre-site surveys, post-site surveys, and virtual site surveys for virtually any industry, project type, or use case.

Before work begins, our pre-site surveys help clients gain a clear understanding of existing site conditions. Our field professionals can document measurements, access conditions, existing equipment, utilities, infrastructure, installation requirements, site restrictions, photographs, and other project-specific information needed for planning and execution.

The goal is simple: provide accurate information before your team, equipment, or installers arrive on site.

By identifying potential challenges in advance, Onsite Survey helps clients reduce unnecessary return trips, installation delays, scheduling conflicts, change orders, unexpected costs, and incomplete projects.

For projects that do not require an in-person visit, our virtual site survey solutions provide an efficient alternative. Through guided data collection, photographs, video, documentation, and remote coordination, clients can gather important site information without requiring a traditional field visit for every location.

Following installation, construction, deployment, or service work, Onsite Survey can also provide post-site surveys to verify completed conditions, document equipment placement, capture final photographs, confirm project requirements, and provide valuable closeout information.

Intuitive Reporting

Information collected in the field is only valuable if your team can understand and use it.

That is why OSS places a strong emphasis on clear, intuitive reporting.

Our reports are designed to organize important project information in a format that allows project managers, operations teams, installers, engineers, vendors, and customers to quickly understand site conditions without having to sort through unorganized photographs, handwritten notes, or disconnected information.

Depending on the project, reporting can include measurements, photographs, site observations, equipment information, access details, installation requirements, exceptions, project notes, completion documentation, and other customized data points.

Our objective is to turn field information into actionable project intelligence.

Data Integration

Every organization manages projects differently. OSS works to support that reality.

Survey information and field data can be structured to support integration into a client's existing systems, workflows, databases, project management platforms, or reporting processes.

Instead of forcing customers to redesign their workflow around our reporting, our goal is to make the information we collect easier to incorporate into the systems they already use.

This creates greater consistency across large projects and helps organizations maintain a centralized source of information across multiple locations.

Nationwide Survey Coverage

Managing surveys across multiple markets can become complicated when companies are forced to coordinate different vendors in every city.

Onsite Survey provides nationwide coverage, allowing customers to utilize one centralized partner for projects across multiple states and locations.

Whether the requirement is one survey at one location or thousands of surveys across a nationwide rollout, OSS provides a scalable solution designed to maintain consistent processes, reporting standards, communication, and documentation.

Onsite Services

Onsite Services provides professional flex labor, field support, fitness equipment installation, equipment service, warranty support, delivery coordination, and project execution services nationwide.

We understand that when our technicians arrive at a customer's location, they are not simply representing OSS. They are also an extension and reflection of the company that hired us.

That responsibility drives our commitment to quality.

Premium Flex Labor Solutions

The traditional flex labor market often focuses on filling positions quickly without providing adequate control over the quality, professionalism, or accountability of the individuals arriving on site.

OSS takes a different approach.

Our flex labor model focuses on providing qualified, dependable, professional field personnel who can represent our customers appropriately while completing the work required.

Our workforce can support temporary assignments, project-based work, installations, rollouts, equipment moves, field service projects, logistics support, facility projects, and other labor-intensive initiatives.

For projects involving two or more OSS technicians, a dedicated foreman can be assigned to the job to help oversee the crew, coordinate activities, maintain communication, and provide an additional level of accountability.

Clients also benefit from post-job reporting, providing greater visibility into what occurred on site, what work was completed, and whether any additional attention may be required.

Combined with our ability to support short lead-time scheduling, OSS gives organizations the flexibility to quickly expand their field workforce while maintaining greater control over service quality.

Fitness Equipment Pickup, Storage, Delivery & Installation

Onsite Services also provides comprehensive support throughout the fitness equipment lifecycle.

We can manage the entire process or any individual portion of the project, depending on the customer's needs.

Our capabilities can include equipment pickup from manufacturers, dealers, distributors, warehouses, or existing facilities. If the final location is not ready for installation, OSS can coordinate short-term storage until the customer, construction schedule, or facility is prepared to receive the equipment.

Once the location is ready, we can coordinate scheduled or final-mile delivery and move the equipment into the appropriate installation area.

Our skilled technicians then provide professional assembly, placement, installation, adjustment, and final setup.

Our responsibility does not end when the equipment is assembled.

We work to ensure that the customer receives a complete and established installation. Equipment is positioned appropriately, components are assembled and secured, machines are checked, adjustments are made when required, and equipment is prepared for use.

Whether supporting a single piece of equipment, an entire fitness facility, a multi-location deployment, or a nationwide equipment rollout, OSS can provide the level of support required.

Equipment Service & Warranty Support

OSS can continue supporting customers after installation.

Our technicians can provide field service, troubleshooting, equipment adjustments, preventative maintenance support, repairs, and warranty-related services based on the requirements of the project or equipment provider.

This gives manufacturers, dealers, facility operators, and service organizations access to a scalable nationwide technician network without having to build and manage their own field workforce in every market.

One Nationwide Partner

One of the greatest advantages of OSS is the ability to combine survey intelligence and field execution under one nationwide organization.

Onsite Survey can document and prepare a location before a project begins.

That information can then help project managers, installers, service technicians, logistics providers, and customers better understand what will be required when work begins.

Onsite Services can then provide the skilled labor, delivery support, installation, service, or project execution required at the location.

After the project is completed, OSS can provide additional documentation and post-job reporting to help close the information loop.

This creates the opportunity for a more connected project lifecycle:

Survey. Plan. Mobilize. Execute. Verify. Report.

Rather than managing separate vendors for every stage of a project, clients can work with OSS as a centralized nationwide partner.

Reporting That Creates Visibility

Both Onsite Survey and Onsite Services are built around the belief that customers should have visibility into what is happening in the field.

Our intuitive reporting processes help transform individual field visits into organized information that can be reviewed by project stakeholders regardless of where they are located.

From survey findings and photographs to technician updates and post-job documentation, OSS helps provide the information organizations need to monitor projects, identify issues, confirm completion, and make better operational decisions.

Data That Works With Your Business

The value of field information increases when it can connect with the rest of an organization's operational data.

OSS can help structure information so it can support existing project management processes, customer databases, internal reporting systems, asset records, installation workflows, and other operational platforms.

This allows customers to move beyond simply receiving a report and instead use field information as part of a broader data-driven workflow.

Scalable Nationwide Coverage

Every project does not look the same.

Some customers need one technician at one location.

Others need hundreds or thousands of locations surveyed, installed, serviced, or supported across multiple states.

OSS is designed to support both.

Our nationwide model allows us to scale services based on the scope of each project while maintaining a centralized approach to coordination, communication, documentation, and reporting.

From an individual service call to a nationwide rollout, we approach every project with the same commitment to professionalism and accountability.

The OSS Advantage

With Onsite Survey and Onsite Services, customers gain more than another field service vendor. They gain a nationwide partner capable of providing information before a project begins, skilled resources while the project is being completed, and documentation after the work is finished.

We combine nationwide reach with local field execution, intuitive reporting, flexible service options, and data integration capabilities designed to make complex projects easier to manage.

One location or thousands. One service call or a nationwide rollout. No job is too big or too small.

OSS — Nationwide Coverage. Actionable Data. Dependable Execution.
